Hitachi GLS aimed to provide such experiences to foster mid- to long-term customer relationships. As part of their transition, they developed a plan for the Doshiteru service. Their business roadmap required rapid completion of everything from design to release, necessitating a team capable of swift development and post-release support and consultation.</p><h2>Our Solution</h2><p>We enhanced our coordination with the Hitachi GLS project team, swiftly navigating the requirement definition, design, and review stages. This enabled us to establish a clear product image quickly, reducing the time from development to release.
