To align its digital offerings with its esteemed service standards, the company revamped its initial app to significantly improve customer interaction and satisfaction.

In 2016, TAXA 4×35 aimed to increase app bookings from 11% to 25% and digital bookings from 64% to 80% by 2018. Monstarlab was enlisted to help achieve these goals.

Book a taxi with options for fixed pricing or traditional taximeter rates
Add favorite addresses and payment methods for a streamlined booking and payment process
Track the assigned taxi on a map before and during the ride
