Hitachi GLS aimed to provide such experiences to foster mid- to long-term customer relationships. As part of their transition, they developed a plan for the Doshiteru service. Their business roadmap required rapid completion of everything from design to release, necessitating a team capable of swift development and post-release support and consultation.</p><h2>Our Solution</h2><p>We enhanced our coordination with the Hitachi GLS project team, swiftly navigating the requirement definition, design, and review stages. This enabled us to establish a clear product image quickly, reducing the time from development to release. <p>In 2016, TAXA 4×35 aimed to increase app bookings from 11% to 25% and digital bookings from 64% to 80% by 2018. Monstarlab was enlisted to help achieve these goals.</p>
