DOT (Din Offentlige Transport) sought Monstarlab's expertise to develop a cutting-edge app tailored to millions of passengers, addressing their needs and travel patterns. Leveraging advanced technologies and an agile development process, Monstarlab created an app that offers:
- Viewing all available ticket options
- Purchasing tickets using facial recognition and fingerprints
- Unique map visualization for easier ticket selection
- Functionality without a data connection
Copenhagen Metro Expansion
In September 2019, Copenhagen introduced the first of three planned metro lines, adding 17 new underground stations. This expansion anticipates over 191.2 million passengers annually by 2035, presenting new challenges for DOT.
Comprehensive App Development
Partnering with DOT, Monstarlab designed and developed a new, improved app for passengers in the region. The primary goal was to enhance user satisfaction by creating an all-in-one app available on iOS and Android platforms.
