Michael is the Clients & Markets Lead for Monstarlab’s International Markets. He is focused on developing the company’s continued growth, commercial customer-facing activities, and driving excellence in client relationships.
In addition, he leads Monstarlab’s global People & Culture team, which is responsible for nurturing and growing talent and making Monstarlab a great place to work.
Michael brings over 30 years of experience in strategic consulting, technology innovation, talent and performance management, incentive compensation, and workforce planning.
Prior to joining Monstarlab, Michael was a Global Managing Partner, building and leading the Global Human Resources Consulting practice with more than 12,000 people, of the international services firm PwC (“PricewaterhouseCoopers”). Whilst there, he spearheaded support to Fortune 500 organisations and governments on all matters related to talent management, including reward and performance, employment risks and compliance, strategic workforce planning, people analytics and change leadership.
Moreover, he regularly speaks on the future of work, the impact of Industry 4.0 on skills and human centric technology innovation.
Michael has also co-founded a UK-based venture capital business, which is focused on maximising sustainable value creation in professional services by means of innovative, technology-enabled enterprises.
