Hiroshi commenced his career as a web consultant for a fast growing Japan-based startup company in 2010. He joined Monstarlab in 2012, where he first headed the company’s budding offshore development business as well as the company’s first multi-million dollar contracts. In 2015, he transitioned to Head of Sales, and by 2017 was appointed Deputy Head of the Digital Partner Business. Hiroshi is a graduate of Waseda University.

Further to being Chief Information & Operations Officer (CIOO), Hiroshi is Executive Vice President of Japan, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and Chengdu, China.
