Monstarlab Philippines developed a Feedback Management System (FMS) which is a combination of both hardware and software system requirements which serve as channels for external clients to give their insights and suggestions on how they perceive the quality of services/transactions performed by the identified by the client's Departments. Through these tools, stakeholders who personally come to the client can conveniently provide feedback through “i-React” or accomplish Formal Feedback Forms in the e-kiosks or online through the client's Website and give suggestions on how they perceive the quality of client's services. Information that will be generated through these feedback channels are then used for service and process improvement of Servicing Departments/Offices.

The client requested for the development and installation of multiple electronic feedback channels to ensure that P6 departments are committed to continuously improve service and be consistent in managing external clients’ satisfaction by taking action on any problems arising from feedback results.

Feedback Management System for Government System

With 77 users managing an average of 12 incoming documents daily and a total of 2,502 cases encoded, the system was tailored to improve operational efficiency and drive smarter workflows. It integrated features such as real-time document routing tracking, secure web-based access, and smart data entry to eliminate duplicates and inconsistencies, transforming the bank’s daily operations. Additionally, the system streamlined task assignments and introduced a fast-search capability, ensuring users could quickly retrieve critical information. This project underscored Monstarlab Philippines’ commitment to delivering innovative, user-focused solutions that enable digital transformation. By aligning with the bank’s vision for operational excellence, the system not only resolved existing inefficiencies but also established a foundation for superior customer service and scalable growth.

Case Information Management System for Finance

This initiative responds to the pressing need for a unified approach to managing inmate information, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and accountability in handling cases. The project involves upgrading the existing inmate monitoring system and automating critical workflows for evaluating prisoners’ eligibility for parole and executive clemency. Known as the Single Carpeta System, it is designed to provide a reliable, accurate, and adaptable solution that supports all key processes, including inmate booking, monitoring, hearing schedules, and release management. Additionally, it will enable thorough evaluations of inmates’ physical, mental, and moral fitness, track rehabilitation progress, and oversee the reintegration of parolees and pardonees into society. By bridging gaps between agencies and creating a seamless system, this project ensures a more effective, data-driven, and humane approach to justice administration.

The Philippine justice system requires a centralized portal to streamline and integrate processes across its agencies, addressing the entire inmate lifecycle from detention to release.
