Challenge

Mobile Innovation offers a diverse portfolio  of services, ranging from GPS-based fleet management to advanced 5G IoT solutions. As a primary touchpoint in the Southeast Asian market, their existing website struggled to communicate the full scope of these offerings. The platform lacked a solid SEO foundation, mobile responsiveness, and efficient content management capabilities.

Furthermore, the site navigation required a complete reconfiguration; visitors ranging from agency partners to enterprise end-users, needed clearer pathways to reach relevant information. 

Mobile Innovation sought to better reflect its regional credibility and ASEAN-wide track record to convert established trust into new business opportunities. This objective led them to partner with Monstarlab.

Our Solution

Monstarlab assembled a cross-border team of project managers, UI designers, developers, and QA engineers from both Thailand and the Philippines.

The project kicked off with a comprehensive requirements definition phase, aligning with the client on the sitemap, technical specifications, and core objectives. The team analyzed  existing site data and user requirements to sharpen the information strategy, rebuilding user flows from scratch to ensure every visitor segment could navigate the site intuitively. 

During the design phase, the team conducted a site audit against the client's brand guidelines and developed a cohesive design system prior to finalizing the UI. On the technical side, we implemented a user-friendly and reliable WordPress and PHP-based CMS, making it easy for the client to manage news, product updates, and articles independently. The site is now fully responsive for iOS and Android, and went through a comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) phase covering UI/UX, system integration, CMS functionality, and overall performance before launch.

The site also supports three languages: English, Thai, and Japanese, broadening its reach across the region.

The redesigned website provides Mobile Innovation with a digital presence that accurately reflects its status as a regional IoT leader. The new information architecture and intuitive navigation allows visitors to locate information effortlessly,  while the integrated Wordpress CMS gives the client full control over their content, simplifying tasks and making it easy to post updates regularly.
