Hiroki founded Monstarlab in 2006 after 7 years of experience with US-based
 consulting firms and web technology startups. He started by creating an online
 music marketplace in Japan and built up the company into a global development
 group with over 1,200 people in 25 offices across 16 countries by blending
 growth through internal expansion and by M&amp;As.

Hiroki Inagawa

Before joining Monstarlab, Masahiko led a successful three-decade career at
 ITD Japan in systems development, system operations, and has experienced
 various managerial roles. He worked as the company’s Offshore Promotion
 Officer/ Business Manager and was involved in the company’s expansion efforts
 to Asia– mainly in China.


 In 2012, he joined Lifetime Technologies Ltd. (later acquired as Monstarlab
 Hanoi) as CEO and developed the company’s specialized offshore and outsourcing
 business.

Masahiko Matsunaga

In 2003, Tomo joined a major independent system integration company. After starting as an engineer, he transitioned into project management, overseeing the development of embedded systems, mobile applications, and web systems. He gained considerable experience managing large-scale projects and leading offshore development teams. In 2015, Tomo earned his MBA from Bond University in Australia. That same year, he joined Monstarlab, where he took on responsibilities as a Project Manager, within the Project Management Office (PMO), and in organizational management. From 2019, he served as an Executive Officer, holding the dual roles of Deputy General Manager of the Digital Consulting Division and Head of Development. In July 2024, Tomo was appointed to the Board of Directors of Monstarlab Japan. He then assumed the position of Director at Monstarlab in March 2025.

Tomoyuki Uno

Trish is our regional MD of Monstarlab Americas. She has over 20 years of experience in digital transformation consulting, product management, user research and design, and business strategy across multiple industries. Trish is known for building high-impact products and services from incubation to scale alongside our clients . Trish holds a doctorate degree in Educational Leadership and serves on several non-profit boards and advisory groups focused on educational equity, assessment, and innovation.

Trish Martin

Max Oglesbee is Principal at Monstarlab, he leads teams to deliver innovative digital solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences. Previously, as CEO of the Americas, Max oversaw the integration of Fuzz Productions into Monstarlab.Before Monstarlab, Max was a Partner at Control Group, later acquired by Alphabet’s Sidewalk Labs to form Intersection. At Intersection, Max helped establish the Connected Communities and Retail practices, working on transformative projects such as reinventing the shopping experience for the world’s largest retailer and creating the Digital Master Plan for Hudson Yards, the largest private real estate development in U.S. history. Max holds a Bachelor’s Degree from New School University and lives in New York City with his wife and 5-year-old daughter.

Max Oglesbee

Gardella has more than 25 years of leadership experience in digital transformation and AI-driven business growth.Most recently, he served as Global Senior Vice President of Technology at Globant’s Healthcare &amp; Life Sciences AI Studio, where he oversaw a global organization of 2,000 team members and managed a portfolio of over 85 clients, including Johnson &amp; Johnson, Roche, and Mayo Clinic. He previously held leadership roles including Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Asbury Theological Seminary and senior technology and architecture positions at Discovery Communications.

Patrick Gardella

Daisuke joined the IBM Group in 2004 and worked as an IBM IT Specialist in system development. Starting in 2009, at a venture company, he gained broad experience from software to hardware development, including contract development, management systems for containerized unmanned data centers, and drone development. He joined Monstarlab in 2015 as Chief Technologist. In 2018, he was appointed Executive Officer CTO, responsible for managing the entire engineering organization. He expanded his responsibilities globally in 2019 as APAC Regional CTO and has served as Senior Managing Executive Officer since 2023.

Daisuke Hirata

As a Business Unit Leader focusing on the Manufacturing and Automotive sectors at a major consulting firm, Eiichi has a strong history of advising both Japanese and international manufacturers on initiatives including new business strategy, business transformation, IT transformation, and organizational change. He brings significant expertise and a deep understanding of ERP (SAP) systems, including hands-on experience as a programmer in their implementation and operation. Throughout his 25-year career as an industry consultant, Eiichi has been heavily involved in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) for major System of Record (SoR) projects.

Eiichi Matsushima

Hiromitsu started his marketing career in an accounting BPO service company.
 He joined Monstarlab in 2014 quickly became in charge of the marketing
 activities in the company’s music platform business. From 2018, he moved to
 the digital consulting division and managed marketing strategy, KPI and
 organisation.


 From 2020, Hiromitsu was trusted the global marketing responsibility and now
 managed the entire global marketing organisation.

Hiromitsu Kohinata

Tsutomu began his career as a graphic designer before working at Nikkei Publishing in New York. In 2016, he returned to Japan and became the Head of PM/Director at a creative production company specializing in Web, Movie, and System development. He joined Monstarlab in 2019, where he served as a PM (Project Manager) on large-scale frontend development projects. In 2024, he was appointed as an Executive Officer and Head of Delivery at Monstarlab, Inc.

Tsutomu Yoshida

Prior to joining Monstarlab, he led numerous global projects in the retail and supply chain sectors at a multinational IT consulting firm, where he drove cross-border transformation for clients.Since joining Monstarlab in 2021, he has led new product development and enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives as a consultant, while also contributing across sales, talent, and organizational design.Since 2026, he has served as VP, Head of AI Product &amp; Transformation Office, spearheading the creation of AI-driven products and solutions and driving AI transformation across both client organizations and Monstarlab itself.

Aiki Kato

At design consulting firm A.C.O., specializing in UX and service design, led projects across diverse domains including mobility, healthcare, and video streaming. Also involved in team management and new service launches, driving business creation through design. A.C.O. joined the Monstarlab Group in 2018, followed by a full integration in 2023.Having led projects spanning UX, service design, and branding, broadened the intersection of business and design across a wide range of industries. From 2026, serving as VP of Strategy &amp; Design, responsible for driving KPI achievement and shaping creative thinking and culture across the organization.

Natsu Kawakita

Kohei joined a major advertising agency in 2005. After transferring to the Singapore branch in 2011, he worked in the UK and the UAE (Dubai) branches, primarily engaging in overseas branding and communication design. In 2022, he joined Monstarlab, where he leads DX consulting services, mainly in the Middle East region. He is dedicated to creating new value by leveraging digital and AI technologies.

Kohei Aramaki

Saad is a highly experienced technologist with a robust background in digital product development and transformation. Known for his strategic insight and hands-on approach, he has successfully led projects across various sectors, including large enterprises, government bodies, and startups. Saad excels at bridging the gap between technology and business needs, driving growth, and delivering impactful results. With a talent for building strong teams and fostering innovation, he consistently aligns product vision with market demands, making him a trusted leader in product-focused consulting and digital transformation.

Saad Kamal

He began his career as a system engineer in 2004, developing dental applications for Windows and Palm PC devices at a French company. In 2005, he joined the founding team of Lifetime Technologies Co. Ltd. (now Monstarlab Vietnam) as a Solution Architect and Project Manager. He was involved from the initial stages in the design and development of the POS and ERP systems for a leading Japanese jewelry company. Subsequently, he served as a leader and consultant for numerous projects in areas such as e-commerce, financial systems, electrical systems, car rental systems, mobile web games, and consumer applications for mobile devices. He was appointed as the local CTO in 2013, and in December 2020, with the integration of the Hanoi and Da Nang offices, he became the CTO for Monstarlab Vietnam. He is responsible for the technical direction, the development of the engineering team, and project management, contributing to the improved quality of the company's projects.

Ho Hai Thanh

After graduating from the Japanese Language Department of Hanoi University in 2009, she joined an import/export company targeting the Japanese market. In April 2010, she joined Lifetime Technologies Co. Ltd. (the predecessor of Monstarlab Vietnam). On what was then the company's largest project, she became a crucial link between the project and the client, contributing significantly to the project's success. In 2013, she was appointed as a Team Leader and Assistant Director. She supported the skill development of her team members while also cultivating and demonstrating her management skills. Currently, as an Assistant Director and Board Member, she is involved in contract-related work, provides support for projects and clients as needed, participates in public projects, and handles general internal management tasks.

Anh Nguyen

After graduating from an American university, Hirokazu spent approximately eight years at Works Applications Joint Stock Company, working on ERP product development. In 2018, he relocated to Vietnam and joined SHIFT ASIA Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of SHIFT Joint Stock Company). From the early stages, he was involved in building the company's product development team and contributed to establishing the local sales team and achieving the initial year's sales target. He joined Monstarlab in February 2020. In May 2020, he was appointed as the Head of the Da Nang office. Following the business integration in December 2020, he became the COO of Monstarlab Vietnam, overseeing the operational management of both the Hanoi and Da Nang offices.

Hirokazu Mizuno

Tatsuya began his career in Japan at a system integrator (SIer), working in system development and operations. In 2012, he moved to the Philippines, where he was involved in offshore bridge SE work, new business development, and organizational management. He joined Monstarlab in 2017, contributing to the management of the Cebu office as its MD (Managing Director). Since 2022, as the MD of Monstarlab Philippines, he has been leading the entire organization, overseeing both the Cebu and Manila offices.

Tatsuya Yamaguchi

In 2008, Kazuki joined the Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers and was posted to Bangladesh, where he worked as a teacher at the University of Dhaka. In 2012, he took on a role as the head of overseas operations for a Japanese manufacturing company. He joined Monstarlab in 2015 and has since been responsible for establishing and managing their Bangladesh office.

Kazuki Nakayama

Starting his career as a&nbsp;software engineer in 2013, he focused on building backend systems using Java and Spring Boot. He then expanded into&nbsp;engineering leadership, where he mentored developers, led cross-functional teams, and delivered solutions for enterprise clients.As a&nbsp;Senior Engineering Manager, he scaled teams, spearheaded system and cloud architecture initiatives, and championed engineering excellence, consistently contributing to organizational growth.In his current role, he&nbsp;drives engineering strategy and execution. He focuses on scalable solution design, high-quality delivery, and talent development, propelling team success through structured training, technical mentorship, and execution aligned with business goals.

Sanim Khan

After graduating from university, Takeshi joined PwC Consulting LLC, where he worked on organizational and business process reform projects for government agencies and electronics manufacturers. He then moved to a real estate company, where he was involved in launching new businesses and managing a Japanese language school that accepted international students. While traveling throughout Asia to recruit students, he strongly felt the potential of Southeast Asia and the importance of its relationship with Japan, leading him to start his own business. He established a company that supported Japanese companies entering the Thai market and operated a rental office. Subsequently, he launched Monstarlab's Thailand office and its coworking space business. Including his previous role, Takeshi has supported over 400 companies in entering Thailand and launching new businesses there.

Takeshi Heta

Olivia Welch serves as Head of Client Services for Monstarlab Americas, driving business growth and overseeing the company's client portfolio across the region. With over a decade of experience at Monstarlab (formerly known as Fuzz), Olivia has a proven track record of success in leveraging technology to address complex business challenges and achieve client objectives. Throughout her career, Olivia has fostered strong client relationships and collaborated effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful solutions. Her expertise spans various industries, enabling her to understand unique business needs and develop tailored strategies that align with user expectations and business goals. Olivia resides in Madison, WI with her husband and daughter.

Olivia Welch

Skyler is currently the Senior Director of Product Strategy for the Americas at Monstarlab where she is renowned for her unique ability to infuse a human-centered perspective into solving complex challenges. Her expertise includes spearheading digital transformation initiatives, innovating product development and reshaping business models. As the leader of the product strategy team, she acts as a strategic advisor, ensuring that the digital experiences and solutions crafted not only meet the business objectives but also encourage clients to reimagine the realm of the possible.With a doctoral degree in Education Leadership, Skyler's research focused on implementation and adoption of cutting-edge technologies within the education sector. Before Monstarlab, Skyler was integral to business and design strategy teams at a prominent global IT consulting firm, a multinational energy company and cutting-edge education organizations. There, she was dedicated to crafting digital transformation strategies that delivered substantial business and customer value. Skyler’s combined experience in both education and consulting equips her with a rare blend of skills, enabling her to unite people and technology to conceive and execute transformative experiences and products.

Skyler Rosacci

Joey's passion for designing human-centered experiences has been at the core of his career for over 15 years, spanning start-ups, global enterprises, and leading institutions. Known for his ability to distill complex processes into clear, engaging solutions, Joey specializes in creating products and tools that are intuitive, delightful, and impactful.His journey began by collaborating with filmmakers to craft interactive extensions for TV and movies, blending storytelling with technology to immerse audiences. This foundation in interactive storytelling naturally evolved into a focus on digital design, where he honed his skills at start-ups, advertising agencies, and now in helping organizations elevate their digital products and experiences.At Monstarlab, Joey leverages this rich narrative perspective to inform all aspects of design. Whether shaping overarching strategies or fine-tuning details, he ensures that human needs are seamlessly integrated into performant, scalable experiences and products.

Joey Unnold

Toshiya began his career at a web design company. In 2005, he joined USEN Corporation, and later moved to a music venture where he was responsible for the planning and operation of music distribution services. In 2015, he joined Monstarlab, Inc., assuming the position of Head of Music Business. In 2019, he spun off the music division and became the Representative Director of Monstarlab Music, Inc. In 2025, he became the CEO of Monstarlab's Music Company, leading the expansion of the in-store background music app "Monster Channel."

Toshiya Matsuzono

Began career at Arata Audit Corporation (now PricewaterhouseCoopers Japan LLC), providing audit and consulting services primarily to financial institutions. Subsequently at Bain &amp; Company, worked across a broad range of engagements for leading companies in tech, retail, manufacturing, restaurant chains, and more — spanning corporate strategy, business portfolio, branding, mid-term planning, new business development, cost optimization, and M&amp;A strategy and due diligence.Joined Monstarlab in 2022, overseeing global corporate strategy and M&amp;A. After serving as Chief of CEO Office, has taken on the role of CFO / Head of Corporate Strategy from 2026, driving the formulation and execution of company-wide strategy.

Takuya Yamaguchi

One of our founding members, Sumito led the music platform businesses and
 later launched Monstarlab’s B2C and B2B businesses. After further expansion,
 Sumito became the head of the corporate global Legal function in 2015.

Sumito hold an MBA from Australia Bond University.

Sumito Suzuki

After graduating from California State University, [this person] returned to Japan and joined Monster Lab in 2017. Since joining the company, they have been in charge of FP&amp;A (budgeting and actual analysis) for various businesses in Japan and overseas. They have been involved in new business launch support, organizational restructuring, internal audits, and IPO preparation. After serving as APAC Finance Director, they assumed the position of APAC CFO in July 2024.

Jun Takada

After working in the accounting and finance departments of a prime market listed company, he joined Monster Labs. In addition to general accounting duties, he was involved in a wide range of tasks including audit support, due diligence, investor relations, and fundraising, and was responsible for investor relations and fundraising projects before being appointed as the Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer in February 2025. He is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant.

Tatsuro Usui

After graduating from university, Tsubasa qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and joined RSM Seiwa Audit Corporation. There, he gained broad experience in various audits, including those required under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and the Companies Act, as well as pre-IPO audits. He quickly advanced to audit senior, the fastest in his cohort. Tsubasa also served as the lead auditor for listed companies and those preparing for IPO that adopted International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Furthermore, he contributed to talent development as a recruiter and leader within the training department.In November 2022, Tsubasa transitioned to an in-house role as an accountant at Monstar Lab Holdings, Inc. He was involved in their IPO process and experienced their listing on the Growth Market. Following this, he progressed through several leadership positions: Head of Global Accounting Team, Accounting Department Manager, and Head of Accounting &amp; Finance Division and CAO (Chief Accounting Officer). In these roles, he took on wide-ranging responsibilities as the head of accounting and finance, including consolidated financial statements, disclosure preparation, cash flow management, and managing relationships with financial institutions. Since January 2025, Tsubasa has also taken on the responsibilities of Head of Internal Control Department. In this expanded role, he manages the entire corporate function, including developing and implementing internal controls, as well as handling mid-career recruitment and personnel assignments.Tsubasa holds a degree in Accounting and Information Systems from the Faculty of Business Administration at Yokohama National University.

Tsubasa Suzuki

Yu began his career in recruitment at the HR Shared Service Center of a railway group. He then moved to Rakuten, where he served as a Recruitment Manager and led the business aspects of their English as a Common Language project. Following this, he held the position of Head of Recruitment at Adidas Japan before joining Monstar Lab in November 2020. In July 2021, he was appointed as an Executive Officer at Monstar Lab, Inc. Since 2025, he has taken on the role of APAC Regional CPO.

Yu Inoue

After graduating from university, Yoichi established Schema Architects and became its Representative Director. Following his departure from that company, he joined A.C.O. Inc. as a founding member, where he progressed from Sales Planning to Representative Director. He specialized in digital brand strategy, advertising, and service design, supporting client companies in these areas. In 2018, he joined the Monstar Lab Group. With the integration in 2022, he left A.C.O. Inc. In March 2025, he was appointed as a Director and Audit and Supervisory Committee Member of Monstar Lab, Inc. Yoichi graduated from the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Fine Arts, Tokyo University of the Arts.

Yoichi Kurashima

After graduating from university, Nobuhiro gained ten years of experience in the financial industry before becoming a General Manager in the Administrative Headquarters of a major listed telecommunications company. In 2001, he co-founded Provizmo, Inc., a system integration company, and assumed the position of Representative Director and Vice President. While expanding nearshore system development, provider services, and outsourcing businesses, he also spearheaded the company's entry into the educational product business through M&amp;A, successfully securing core system contracts with hundreds of high schools nationwide. In 2011, he established a subsidiary, Biz Design Plus Co., Ltd., where he was involved in launching a sales promotion company. Having accumulated management expertise from small to medium-sized companies and those preparing for IPO, he executed a management buyout of Provizmo, Inc. in January 2018 for business succession purposes. Currently, he holds the position of Representative Director in three companies and serves as a Director in one other. In March 2025, he was appointed as an Independent Director and Audit and Supervisory Committee Member of Monstarlab, Inc.

Nobuhiro Asada

Kenji graduated from the Faculty of Commerce at Doshisha University in 1995. In 1998, he joined the Osaka office of Tohmatsu &amp; Co. (now Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC) and engaged in statutory audits. After working at a private accounting firm, he joined Index Digital Co., Ltd. (now Synergy Marketing, Inc.) in 2006, where he was responsible for accounting and finance and experienced an IPO. In 2012, he left the company and established Yoshida Certified Public Accountant Office. In 2020, he experienced another IPO as a part-time Audit &amp; Supervisory Board Member (current position) at Ligare Co., Ltd. In 2024, he was appointed as a part-time Audit &amp; Supervisory Board Member (current position) at Hiyori Sangyo Co., Ltd., which is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market. In March 2025, he was appointed as an Independent Director and Audit and Supervisory Committee Member of Monstarlab, Inc.

Kenji Yoshida

After graduating from the Faculty of Information Technology, Department of Communications and Computer Networks at Hanoi University of Science and Technology, he joined as a founding member of Lifetime Technologies Co. Ltd. (the predecessor of Monstarlab Vietnam). In 2009, he became involved in financial management, and from 2012, he formally assumed the role of CFO for the Hanoi office. Since 2016, as a Board Member, he has participated in finance, back-office operations, and the development strategy for the Vietnam office. He contributes to the company's growth by leveraging his extensive experience in management and finance, along with his knowledge of IT technology.
