After Graduating from school of political economics in Waseda University, Yoshi acquired Japan & US CPA license and joined Deloitte in 2007.
During around 8 years working experience in Deloitte, Yoshi engaged in external audit for the various companies which has wide variety of industry and size, listing in New York stock exchange, Tokyo stock exchange etc, together with various IFRS implementation executed as a consultant.
As an expat in Thailand, Tax, management consulting and M&A advisory was conducted to support biz growth of clients, apart from international audit.
In LIXIL, Yoshi took a role of CFO in Asia Pacific region and Africa region for total 4 years, where not only finance area (FP&A, accounting, treasury and tax), but also PMI and gross profit improvement project which requires cross functional & countries collaboration were spearheaded to improve both stability and growth of the business.
