Leading Monstarlab’s Global Corporate Branding & Communications team, which consists of colleagues from from Japan, the Philippines, Denmark and Colombia, Sara’s role is to support activities related to the creation of efficient and adequate internal communications, governing, research and brand development, as well as global external communications, publicity and social media.
Before joining Monstarlab, she spent close to two decades with multinational companies, such as Maersk, Samsung and IBM, and has specialised in branding and communications for more than a decade.
Further to a long career in branding and communications, Sara’s experience with project management, research and corporate social responsibilities add value to Monstarlab, just as her 11 years of expatriations to China, South Korea and Ghana help her and the company navigate intercultural aspects of the borderless organisation, creating efficient collaboration.
