Board members with knowledge, experience and achievements in their respective fields lead the Monstar Lab Group.

After graduating from Kwansei Gakuin University’s Faculty of Commerce, he
 joined Mitsui &amp; Co., Ltd., with the accounting department as the first
 step, and then mainly engaged in import / export transactions, business
 investment and management in the steel and metal-related departments for about
 30 years. Engaged in a wide range of industrial fields from resource
 development to trading and metal recycling. Based on such business
 experiences, he moved to the internal auditing department, acquired
 certification as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner
 (CFE), etc., and practiced internal audits of the domestic and overseas
 business departments and the affiliated companies for 6 years. While working
 for the company, he was stationed in Stockholm, Manila, New York and other
 overseas offices for 13 years in total. He completed AMP course in Harvard
 Business School in 2006. 


 From 2015 to 2019 he was appointed as a corporate
 auditor of Mitsui Knowledge Industry Co., Ltd. He has been appointed as an
 Auditor &amp; Supervisory Board Member in Monstarlab since Oct 2019.

Hitoshi Takabatake

Akenobu entered Nakajima Transactional Law Office in 2005 and became a partner
 in 2010. In 2015, he established Hayakawa Business Law Office. In the same
 year, Akenobu became a part-time instructor at Fukushima University
 (instructor at Fukushima Entrepreneurship School ). In 2016, he became a
 mentor in the BusiNest Accelerator Course operated by the Organization for
 Small &amp; Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, Japan. Akenobu was
 appointed as a mentor at the Kyushu University Entrepreneurs Club Program in
 2017, and was appointed as an auditor at HENNGE K.K. in 2019.


 Akenobu joined Monstarlab as an auditor in 2020. His main activities include
 consulting on corporate governance and risk management at listed corporations,
 and support for growth strategy at venture corporations.

Akenobu Hayakawa

Yuko passed the accountancy board in 2004 and became a Certified Public
 Accountant in 2008. While studying law at Keio University, she worked for Chuo
 Aoyama Audit Corporation (currently PricewaterhouseCoopers Aarata LLC),
 focusing on accounting audits of foreign companies. 

 
 In 2012, she joined the Accounting Department of Novartis Pharma K.K. and was in charge of all
 accounting-related reporting. She has been involved in accounting in a global
 environment, including internal audit work for Novartis global affiliates.
 After two parental leaves in 2019, she became a full-time auditor at Studist
 Corporation, a provider of manual services in the cloud.


 In 2020, she was appointed as a full-time auditor at Takara Leben Co.,Ltd., a
 comprehensive real estate developer listed on the Prime Section of the Tokyo
 Stock Exchange. Two years later, she joined Monstarlab Holdings as external
 auditor.

Yuko Miura

Hiroki founded Monstarlab in 2006 after 7 years of experience with US-based
 consulting firms and web technology startups. He started by creating an online
 music marketplace in Japan and built up the company into a global development
 group with over 1,200 people in 25 offices across 16 countries by blending
 growth through internal expansion and by M&amp;As.

Hiroki Inagawa

Before joining Monstarlab, Masahiko led a successful three-decade career at
 ITD Japan in systems development, system operations, and has experienced
 various managerial roles. He worked as the company’s Offshore Promotion
 Officer/ Business Manager and was involved in the company’s expansion efforts
 to Asia– mainly in China.


 In 2012, he joined Lifetime Technologies Ltd. (later acquired as Monstarlab
 Hanoi) as CEO and developed the company’s specialized offshore and outsourcing
 business.

Masahiko Matsunaga

After graduating from International Christian University, Chiamin joined
 Intentia, a major ERP vendor, working on corporate digitisation and
 operational reforms projects across Japan and Europe.


 She later joined a U.S. strategy consulting firm, Monitor Group, overseeing
 business strategy planning and Asian expansion projects, before joining DCM
 Ventures as a venture capitalist, where she was in charge of investments into
 startups such as freee and Coubic, etc.


 In 2014, she joined Happy Elements, a Chinese startup, serving as Chief
 Strategy Officer and in charge of their listing in Japan, before becoming the
 Representative Director of Japan, overseeing content development and AR/VR
 businesses in Japan and China.

Chiamin has an MBA from IE Business School.

Chiamin Lai

As a new hire, he joined the IT outsourcing department at Comtech Co., Ltd.
 and took on a PMO position for establishing new systems and a call center.


 In 2001, he moved to Intelligence Co., Ltd. (current Persol Career Co., Ltd.),
 and headed the PMI for the JV with Serve Web Technology Co., Ltd.,. From March 2009 until 2011, he engaged in strengthening the company’s staffing
 agency division (current Persol Process &amp; Technology Co., Ltd.); a
 counterbalance strategy to the then turbulent Lehman Shock. In 2013, he was
 appointed COO of Persol Process &amp; Technology Co., Ltd., and moved on to be
 CEO in 2014. Through vigorous promotion and revision of M&amp;A activities as
 well as the company’s products, prices and clientele targets, he oversaw the
 company’s sales which tripled over a mere span of five years. Within four
 months of working at SMS CO., LTD in March 2018, he was appointed as CEO;
 promoting medical care, healthcare developments as well as group management.


 In 2021, he was appointed as CEO at Persol Innovation Co., Ltd. to promote
 innovative business using digital technologies.

Toshihito Nagai

After graduating from California State University, [this person] returned to Japan and joined Monster Lab in 2017. Since joining the company, they have been in charge of FP&amp;A (budgeting and actual analysis) for various businesses in Japan and overseas. They have been involved in new business launch support, organizational restructuring, internal audits, and IPO preparation. After serving as APAC Finance Director, they assumed the position of APAC CFO in July 2024.

Jun Takada

カリフォルニア州立大学卒業後帰国し、2017年モンスターラボへ入社。入社当初から国内外の様々な事業のFP&amp;A領域（予算編成・予実分析）を担当。新規事業立ち上げ支援・組織再編・内部監査・IPO準備等に携わる。APAC Finance Directorを経て、2024年7月よりAPAC CFO就任。

髙田 潤

Nicolai has a management consultant background from Bain &amp; Company and holds a master degree in statistical finance. Before joining Monstarlab in 2021, he founded and managed an investment company and held senior positions in companies across various industries.During his tenure at Monstarlab, Nicolai has delivered results in multiple roles ranging from client facing work, internal operations and growing our Health &amp; Life Sciences sector globally. Currently Nicolai manages our European and American markets.

Nicolai Juel

グラフィックデザイナーからキャリアをスタートし、その後ニューヨークの日経出版社にて勤務。2016年帰国しWeb、Movie、Systemを手がけるクリエイティブ制作会社にてPM/Director部門責任者を経験。モンスターラボ入社後はフロントエンドの大規模開発プロジェクトにてPM（プロジェクトマネージャー）などを担当。2024年より執行役員
 Delivery責任者に就任。

吉田 勤

Steffen D. Sommer is the Technology Lead for Monstarlab’s International
 Markets, covering the Americas, Europe, Middle East and parts of Asia.
 
 He is a driven leader with a long track record of experience across mobile,
 web, backend and solution architecture.
 
 At Monstarlab, Steffen focuses on building a world-class technology
 organisation, and advising clients on how to navigate the complex and
 fast-moving technology space.
 
 He has worked with international companies, from scale-ups to enterprises
 across verticals such as BFSI, Life Science and Retail. Besides helping
 clients, Steffen has helped start and run several developer meetups across
 Copenhagen and London, as well as established an international developer
 conference in Berlin, Copenhagen and London.
 
 He has also published a book around programming for kids and occasionally
 speaks at conferences.
 
 Prior to joining Monstarlab, Steffen focused on fintech and was involved in
 building some of the most popular mobile payment applications in Denmark.

Steffen Sommer

電鉄グループの人事シェアードサービスセンターにて採用のキャリアをスタート。 
楽天にて採用マネージャーおよび英語公用語プロジェクトの事業リード、 
adidas Japan採用責任者などを経て2020年11月にモンスターラボに入社 。 
2021年7月より執行役員 採用統括責任者。

井上 悠

外資系大手コンピューターメーカーにてシステムインテグレーション、ITコンサルティングに12年従事。


 その後、ベンチャー系コンサルティング会社にて、主に製薬業、製造業向け業務コンサルティング、ITコンサルティングなど多数経験。


 SCM/ECM, 営業業務支援などに強みを持つ。

2022年1月 モンスターラボへの統合を期にビジネスデザイングループ長
 執行役員に就任。

和田 一大

Daisuke started his carrier as a software engineer in IBM where he specialised
 in enterprise applications.


 He later joined a startup where he developed a variety of hardware and
 software systems, such as an automatic data center management system, VoLTE
 middleware, and drone systems.


 He joined Monstarlab in 2015 and has overseen a number of web application and
 smartphone application development projects. He is now the CTO Lead of
 Monstarlab’s Japanese business.

Daisuke Hirata

2004年IBMグループに入社し、IBMITスペシャリストとしてシステム開発に従事。2009年からベンチャー企業にて受託開発、コンテナ型無人データセンターの管理システム、ドローン開発などソフトウェアからハードウェア開発まで幅広く関わる。チーフテクノロジストとして2015年にモンスターラボへ入社、2018年4月より最高技術責任者であるCTOに就任。

平田 大祐

After graduating from University of Southern California, Kiyo joined PwC in
 which he experienced multiple incubation businesses for IT startup companies.
 Subsequently, he founded multiple startup companies in Japan, China and the
 U.S. and has managed businesses related to mobile media, promotion and
 apparel.

Kiyo joined Monstarlab in January 2018.

Kiyotaka Izumi

University of Southern
 California卒業後、外資系ITコンサルティングファームに入社し、ITベンチャーを対象としたインキュベーション事業に従事。その後、いくつかのベンチャー企業設立を通して、日本・中国・米国にてモバイルメディア、プロモーション、アパレルなどの新規事業企画及び推進の責任者として従事。2018年1月よりモンスター・ラボへ参画。

泉 清崇

One of our founding members, Sumito led the music platform businesses and
 later launched Monstarlab’s B2C and B2B businesses. After further expansion,
 Sumito became the head of the corporate global Legal function in 2015.

Sumito hold an MBA from Australia Bond University.

Sumito Suzuki

モンスターラボ創業メンバー。取締役 音楽事業部統括としてB2C/B2Bサービスを立上げる。その後、コーポレート本部長を経て、2015年3月より監査役就任、2019年9月より内部監査室長兼法務部長、IPO準備、内部統制整備、M&amp;A法務等に携わる。2024年6月よりCFO就任。2006年豪州Bond University MBA取得。

鈴木 澄人

Takuya commenced his career as an auditor at PwC where he mainly served global
 financial institutions and provided audit and consulting services.


 In 2013, he joined Bain &amp; Company and led multiple strategic consulting
 projects such as corporate strategy, business strategy, new business
 development, cost optimisation, M&amp;A strategy and due diligence.


 Takuya joined Monstarlab in May 2022 as a head of CEO office and leading
 global corporate strategy and M&amp;As.

Takuya Yamaguchi

あらた監査法人（pwc）にて、主に金融機関等に対する監査やコンサルティング業務に従事。その後、経営コンサルティングファームのベイン・アンド・カンパニーにて、テック系企業や小売業、製造業、レストランチェーン等、様々な業界大手企業に対して、全社戦略（事業ポートフォリオ、ブランディング、中計策定等）、事業戦略、新規事業創出支援、コスト最適化支援、顧客体験最適化、M&amp;A戦略、デューデリジェンスなど、幅広いプロジェクトに従事。2022年５月よりモンスターラボに参画し、グローバルの全社戦略及びM&amp;Aを統括。
 公認会計士。

山口 拓也

関西学院大学商学部を卒業後三井物産株式会社へ入社、経理部門をファーストステップとして、その後は主に金属関係の部門で輸出入取引・事業投資・マネジメントの業務に約30年間従事。資源開発からトレード、金属リサイクルに至る幅広い産業分野に携わる。そのビジネス経験を踏まえて内部監査部門へ移り、公認内部監査人(CIA)・公認不正検査士(CFE)等の資格を取得し、6年に亘り国内外の事業部門・関係会社の内部監査実務を経験。同社勤務中には、ストックホルム・マニラ・ニューヨークほかの海外拠点に通算13年間駐在、また2006年ハーバード・ビジネススクールAMPコース修了。2015年から2019年までは三井情報株式会社の常勤監査役に就任。2019年10月、当社常勤監査役就任。

高畠 均

2005年から中島経営法律事務所に所属し、2010年、同事務所のパートナーに就任。2015年、早川経営法律事務所設立。同年より福島大学非常勤講師（「福島起業塾」講師）に就任、翌2016年、独立行政法人中小企業基盤整備機BusiNestアクセラレータコースメンター就任、2017年、九州大学起業部メンター就任、2019年HENNGE株式会社監査役に就任。2020年監査役として株式会社モンスター・ラボに参画。上場企業におけるコーポレートガバナンス・リスクマネジメントのコンサルティング及びベンチャー企業の成長戦略のサポートを中心とする業務活動を行っている。

早川 明伸

新卒でコムテック（株）に入社、コールセンターの立ち上げやシステム導入を担当。平成13年から（株）インテリジェンス（現パーソルキャリア（株））に移り、事業会社の立ち上げ、IT領域のM＆A、PMIを担当、平成21年から平成23年3月までは、人材紹介事業（現パーソルキャリア）の強化に従事。平成25年よりIT事業会社である（株）インテリジェンスビジネスソリューションズ（現パーソルプロセル＆テクノロジー(株）)社長執行役員、平成26年より代表取締役に就任。M＆A・アライアンスの推進を通じて単価・顧客層・自社プロダクトの開発を推進。平成30年4月より（株）エス・エム・エス(SMS
 CO.,
 LTD.)に移り7月より同社執行役員および（株）エス・エム・エスキャリア代表取締役に着任。医療介護、ヘルスケア領域において事業開発やグループ経営を推進。


 令和3年より、パーソルイノベーション（株）代表取締役に就任。デジタルを活用した新規事業開発を推進。

長井 利仁

国際基督教大学卒業後、大手ERPベンダーインテンシアに入社し、日欧にてDXや業務改革プロジェクトに従事。その後、米系戦略コンサルティングファーム
 モニター・グループでの経営戦略立案やアジア進出プロジェクト責任者を経て、DCM
 Venturesに入社。ベンチャーキャピタリストとしてfreee、Coubic等への投資実行を担当。2014年に中国スタートアップHappy
 Elementsに参画し、CSO、日本上場責任者を経て、取締役兼日本代表として日中におけるコンテンツ、xR事業の展開を統括。IEビジネススクールMBA修了。

頼 嘉満

情報技術開発株式会社に入社し、システム周りの開発・運用・営業管理職として３０年間従事。
 2006年から経営メンバー且つオフショア開発の推進責任者として、アジア圏を中心に中国で活動。2012年にライフタイムテクノロジーズCEOとして経営に従事、５年を経て現在は、オフショア開発企業にも関わらず、請負開発も得意とする会社として成長させた。

松永 正彦

2004年公認会計士第二次試験合格。慶応義塾大学法学部法律学科在学中の2005年より、中央青山監査法人およびPwCあらた有限責任監査法人にて主に外資系企業の会計監査に従事。2008年公認会計士登録。2012年、ノバルティスファーマ株式会社経理部入社。会計関係全般のレポーティングを担当する。海外関係会社での内部監査業務等、グローバルな環境で会計に関与する。二度の産休・育休を経て、2019年、クラウド上のマニュアルサービスを提供する株式会社スタディストにて常勤監査役に就任。2020年、東証プライム上場不動産総合デベロッパーであるタカラレーベン株式会社にて常勤監査役に就任（現任）。2021年、当社の非常勤監査役に就任。

三浦 由布子

2009年に会計系BPOサービスの会社にてマーケティングのキャリアをスタート。2014年モンスター・ラボに入社、音楽事業部にてマーケティング担当、2018年1月よりデジタルコンサルティング事業部
 マーケティング統括責任者としてマーケティング戦略の策定、各種KPI管理、データマネジメント等、マーケティング組織全体のマネジメントに従事。
 2020年1月よりVP of
 Marketingとして、領域をグローバルに広げて、マーケティング組織全体のマネジメントを担当。2021年7月より上級執行役員に就任。

小日向 博充

Tomo started his career at a major systems integration company in Japan and
 has managed multiple large mobile app and web systems development projects


 He joined Monstarlab in 2015 as a project manager and adds value through his
 extensive experience with business and project management of various project
 types.

Tomo holds an MBA from Australia Bond University.

Tomoyuki Uno

2003年に独立系大手システムインテグレーション企業に入社。エンジニアを経て、プロジェクトマネージャーとして組み込み/MobileApp/Webシステム開発案件を担当。大規模案件のマネジメントやオフショア開発を複数経験している。海外エンジニアとの開発における課題を解決することで、日本のIT人材不足の解決に貢献したいと考え、2015年にモンスター・ラボへ入社。2015年に豪州Bond
 University
 MBA取得。入社後はPM（プロジェクトマネージャー）、PMO（プロジェクトマネジメントオフィス）業務および組織マネジメント業務を担当。
 2019年より、執行役員 デジタルコンサルティング事業部副事業部長・開発統括。2024年より取締役就任。

宇野 智之

Hiroshi commenced his career as a web consultant for a fast growing
 Japan-based startup company in 2010. He joined Monstarlab in 2012, where he
 first headed the company’s budding offshore development business as well as
 the company’s first multi-million dollar contracts. In 2015, he transitioned
 to Head of Sales, and by 2017 was appointed Deputy Head of the Digital Partner
 Business. Hiroshi is a graduate of Waseda University.


 Further to being Chief Information &amp; Operations Officer (CIOO), Hiroshi is
 Executive Vice President of Japan, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and Chengdu,
 China.

Hiroshi Osada

2012年にモンスターラボに入社。企画営業職を経て、POとしてプロジェクトマネジメントを経験。消費者向けアプリケーションとしては異例の4億円プロジェクトを成功に導くなど実績多数。2016年執行役員、2021年Executive
 Vice President Managing
 Director(APAC管轄責任)に就任。早稲田大学教育学部卒。

長田 寛司

コンサルティングファーム、テクノロジーベンチャーなどを経て、2006年に「多様性を活かし、テクノロジーで世界を変える」というミッションを掲げモンスターラボグループを創業。世界12の国と地域でデジタルコンサルティング事業、プロダクト事業を展開しながら、バングラデッシュのストリートチルドレンへのIT支援やパレスチナ・ガザ地区での雇用創出など、事業を通じた社会貢献にも意欲的に取り組む。また、2021年より地元である島根県出雲市のCDO補佐官を務める。

Board of Directors
