Takuya Yamaguchi

Began career at Arata Audit Corporation (now PricewaterhouseCoopers Japan LLC), providing audit and consulting services primarily to financial institutions. Subsequently at Bain & Company, worked across a broad range of engagements for leading companies in tech, retail, manufacturing, restaurant chains, and more — spanning corporate strategy, business portfolio, branding, mid-term planning, new business development, cost optimization, and M&A strategy and due diligence.

Joined Monstarlab in 2022, overseeing global corporate strategy and M&A. After serving as Chief of CEO Office, has taken on the role of CFO / Head of Corporate Strategy from 2026, driving the formulation and execution of company-wide strategy.
