<p>Tatsuya began his career in Japan at a system integrator (SIer), working in system development and operations. In 2012, he moved to the Philippines, where he was involved in offshore bridge SE work, new business development, and organizational management. He joined Monstarlab in 2017, contributing to the management of the Cebu office as its MD (Managing Director). Since 2022, as the MD of Monstarlab Philippines, he has been leading the entire organization, overseeing both the Cebu and Manila offices.</p>
