Also involved in team management and new service launches, driving business creation through design. A.C.O. joined the Monstarlab Group in 2018, followed by a full integration in 2023.
Having led projects spanning UX, service design, and branding, broadened the intersection of business and design across a wide range of industries. From 2026, serving as VP of Strategy & Design, responsible for driving KPI achievement and shaping creative thinking and culture across the organization.
