Following the success of \"TAG-COFFEE STAN(D),\" a bottle coffee stand launched in 2021 that allowed users to freely customize taste and packaging, Suntory Beverage & Food International considered developing \"TAG LIVE! LABEL\" as a service that would narrow down the drink options and make it easier to try a customized label solution.
While \"TAG-COFFEE STAN(D)\" utilized a system where users placed orders online in advance, \"TAG LIVE! LABEL\" required labels to be created and issued on the spot at the store. Therefore, it was necessary to design a UI that considered the ease of use for store staff, from label design creation and customization to printer integration.
Furthermore, given the need for a speedy launch, Monstarlab was once again selected as a partner, highly valued for their previous track record of taking \"TAG-COFFEE STAN(D)\" from ideation to product realization.
For the launch of \"TAG LIVE! LABEL,\" Monstarlab first started with screen design. They designed the app screens used by stores, the screens visible to users, and the management screens used by both implementing companies and the head office, taking into account the specific operational requirements for each. Throughout the production process, they worked closely with the client, making immediate refinements. This resulted in a service where store staff could easily create and issue labels without undergoing difficult training, along with a management screen designed with operational aspects in mind. Furthermore, for the screens viewed by users, they focused on the layout and color adjustments to create an atmosphere of \"special memories unique to that day and that place.\"
For development, a dedicated team utilizing both the Japan and Da Nang, Vietnam offices was formed to advance the project with an agile development approach. By having the Vietnam team promptly implement the requests gathered by the Japan team, they were able to meet the client's needs quickly and with high accuracy.
As a result of these efforts, the service achieved its launch in a short period of just six months.

Furthermore, in March 2024, \"SNAP DRINK\" was launched as a spin-off service from \"TAG LIVE! LABEL,\" allowing users to sell drinks with original labels featuring their own memorable photos on the spot, further broadening the user base.
Monstarlab has received high praise from the client for rapid improvements and operational stability. Currently, we continue to provide a scalable development structure utilizing both our Japan and Vietnam offices, offering ongoing support for bug fixes, operation and maintenance, as well as feature additions.
