Trip.com Group boasts overwhelming sales power in Asia, connecting customers worldwide with local travel business partners through cutting-edge transaction platforms such as mobile apps, websites, and customer support, to offer convenient and affordable bookings. JIT was established as a joint venture between these two companies.

As a newly established company, JIT was seeking a partner to launch its corporate website quickly in order to rapidly increase brand awareness and attract customers.

Solutions:

Monstarlab was entrusted with the UI design and development of JIT's corporate website.

Given the requirements for the release deadline and cost, the project began by using a trade-off slider to visualize QCDS (Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Security) priorities, establishing a shared understanding with JIT before proceeding.

Initially, based on the provided information such as the company's mission, vision, and values, the project focused on understanding JIT's business operations and organizing key selling points. The finalized information was then translated into wireframes, visualizing JIT's desired requirements for the corporate website.

During the build phase, Monstarlab's Cebu office handled both the design and development. WordPress was chosen as the CMS, considering JIT's operational needs after launch. For the hosting service, Kinsta, which specializes in managed WordPress hosting known for its maintainability and security, was selected. This approach balanced the project's cost and speed with the importance of post-release operation, maintenance, and security.
