Monstarlab, a global digital consultancy, has announced that its subsidiaries, Monstarlab, Inc. and Monstarlab BX, Inc. will merge, with Monstarlab as the continuing legal entity, effective 4 January 2021.

Monstarlab BX (formerly ITBPO), which was acquired by the Monstarlab Group in June 2021, is a management consulting business that provides one-stop services from management strategy planning to execution support, business design, organisational design, process reform and its establishment, as well as an IT consulting business that supports the implementation of sales promotion, marketing and sales support related core systems, custom databases, and online analytical processing. Monstarlab, which absorbs Monstarlab BX, has for years supported clients’ digital transformation by utilising its global knowledge and cutting-edge IT technology and will be strengthened by the addition of Monstarlab BX’ additional consulting expertise.
