IT BPO is a management consulting company that provides consistent services from management strategy planning to implementation support, business design, organizational design, and business process re-engineering (BPR) and its application. Through its IT consulting business, IT BPO supports the implementation of core systems related to sales, marketing, and sales support (SFA/SFE), custom databases, and OLAP/DW.

In addition to the development of new digital products and services, the need for the digital transformation of corporations’ core business is rapidly increasing. As services, businesses, and entire companies become increasingly digital, and as the demand for digital transformation and post-digital transformation initiatives increases, it will be important to strengthen consulting services that enable analysis and strategic planning in a more digital environment. The combination of IT BPO’s strengths within consulting services with Monstarlab’s expertise in digital consulting, business transformation, and customer experience, provides Monstarlab’s clients an even stronger end-to-end digital solution.

The addition of IT PBO to Monstarlab will furthermore enable the group to recruit and train a strong consulting team, satisfying the increasing demand for consultants within a digital strategy.

Monstarlab CEO Hiroki Inagawa:

“We are delighted to welcome IT BPO to the group, as they have a proven track record and experience in the area of business and IT consulting, which we are keen to strengthen. I look forward to working with Mr. Tsuji, a former colleague of mine from my days at PwC, and the company’s talented consultants. We strive to enhance client value and grow further as a borderless corporation.”

IT BPO CEO, Takayuki Tsuji:

“I believe that joining the Monstarlab group is a growth opportunity for IT BPO. By joining the group we will be able to expand our business both domestically and internationally, develop our digital transformation services and upgrade our solutions. We are delighted to be able to contribute to the realization of Hiroki and the group’s vision through the consulting skills and experience we have developed as IT BPO.”
