Before joining Monstarlab, Masahiko led a successful three-decade career at ITD Japan in systems development, system operations, and has experienced various managerial roles. He worked as the company’s Offshore Promotion Officer/ Business Manager and was involved in the company’s expansion efforts to Asia– mainly in China.

In 2012, he joined Lifetime Technologies Ltd. (later acquired as Monstarlab Hanoi) as CEO and developed the company’s specialized offshore and outsourcing business.
