Profile of Hiroshi Osada
Hiroshi began his career in 2010 as a web consultant for the fast-growing Japan-based startup company, From Scratch. He joined Monstarlab in 2012, where he first headed the company’s nascent offshore development department business and led the company’s first large multi-million dollar contracts. In 2015, he transitioned to Head of Sales, and in 2016 he was appointed Executive Officer. In 2020 he was appointed General Manager of the Digital Consulting Division. In 2021, he was appointed Executive Vice President Managing Director; responsible for APAC jurisdiction in the digital consulting business, and on July 1, 2021, he became CEO of Monstarlab. He also serves as CEO of the group company Monstar BX, Inc. Hiroshi is a graduate of Waseda University.
