Together with Tishman Speyer, Monstarlab created a centralised place to manage services and tenants, called Zo. We created innovative tools empower one person to manage services effectively for thousands of building occupants. From one portal, an administrator can manage vendors, tenants, scheduling, locations and more – easily turning a tenant desire into a revenue opportunity.

Creating a Concierge Platform that Lets Employees Book a Range of Services at the Push of a Button

Tishman Speyer serves over 2,200 corporate tenants at some of the most exclusive buildings worldwide. Monstarlab worked with Tishman’s marketing team to design and build a platform (Zo) that helps tenants create a happier, healthier and more productive workforce. After launching at Rockefeller Center in 2017, and receiving raved reviews, Tishman expanded the program nationwide in 2018.

Meet Zo

A concierge platform across iOS, Android & web. Our flexible and responsive software connects people to the services they value most, when they need it most, across whatever platform is most convenient for them. From yoga, lunch and dry cleaning to child care, Zo provides an easy way to search, schedule and pay for services. Our ecosystem makes it easy for vendors and users to connect. We enabled features as diverse as account management through to payment across services from yoga studios to dessert shops. This scalable ecosystem was designed was designed to be rolled out across Tishman Speyer's global properties across the US, Brazil, Europe, India and China.

After validating the concept in a pilot, we architected the platform to be rolled out across Tishman Speyer's global properties across the US, Brazil, Europe, India and China.

In addition to the responsive website, we built elegant cross-platform apps using React Native, with location-based rewards only available in-app to drive downloads.

• The platform’s user base has grown to 4,000 tenant employees in just 6 months.
• App use has expanded into major cities including Paris & London, and is being recombined into a lineup that meets local needs.
