As consumer behaviors evolve in the age of digital, Kerzner has undergone a transformation to extend its unique, resort-based experiences to online experiences before, during and after a stay at a Kerzner resort or a visit to a Kerzner destination. To help drive this transformation, Kerzner engaged with Monstarlab as its Sitecore partner.
In wanting to provide an online experience befitting of it’s world-class hospitality brands, Kerzner embarked on an ambitious set of coordinated initiatives that included a complete rebuild of its Sitecore implementation. A crucial objective was to streamline the use of components and data across the brands to provide a tailored but efficient booking experience. This provided significant upsell opportunities in the form of ultra-luxury suites, homes, restaurants and a variety of activities such as water parks and marine animal experiences.
