Challenges:

To acquire new users, it was necessary to regularly update existing features to make them more user-friendly and improve the quality of the service. However, the existing vendor had difficulty establishing a development structure that aligned with Tablier's business needs, leading to a review of vendors.

There was a need for a supportive external partner capable of using agile methods, which are resilient to specification changes and feature additions, and possessing specialized knowledge and experience in both web and app development.

Solutions:

Monstarlab assigned development members at the stage of interviewing the existing vendor. They caught up from both service and product perspectives.

From a service perspective, they identified the features and improvement points that users wanted by checking user reactions on social media platforms such as Twitter.

In parallel, by having the product owner share the envisioned direction of the business, they repeatedly discussed how to realize the vision and regularly improved features. This enabled them to achieve launches in line with the business roadmap.

Results:

Released as the first domestic content for Spotify Open Access, a tool for business partners that allows distribution of audio content on the audio streaming service \"Spotify,\" used by over 406 million users worldwide.

Monstarlab was recognized for its flexible development, appropriately responding to uncertain specification changes while understanding the client's business direction. They continue to provide support for further improvement of the service by handling maintenance, operation, and ongoing product development.
