Challenges:

\"Seikyuquick\" is a system designed for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that allows for one-stop, centralized management of everything from invoice creation and issuance to payment reconciliation and journal entry.

In many SMEs, analog processes remain entrenched in accounting tasks, and this service was planned as a solution to alleviate the workload of accounting staff.

Key priorities in developing this service were lowering the barriers to adoption and improving user-friendliness. The goals were to facilitate a smooth transition to digitization and to achieve a UX/UI design that is easy for anyone to operate.

Solutions:

Monstarlab assigned experienced UX/UI designers from its group's design consulting firm (A.C.O. Inc.).

They researched the operational challenges faced by accounting staff and carefully examined the ideal accounting workflow. To achieve user-centric usability, they organized the objects that users interact with in the accounting workflow and incorporated an intuitive UI design.

Furthermore, for the development of the service website and user support website, they designed the overall tone and manner and assigned renowned illustrators and copywriters to highlight the unique appeal of the service.
