Matsuya's existing website was aging, making a site renewal to keep up with the changing times an urgent necessity.
To resolve issues such as lack of smartphone compatibility, insufficient CMS management functions, and infrastructure vulnerabilities, a complete website overhaul was required. At the same time, it was necessary to incorporate information architecture and UI design that leveraged the \"Design Matsuya\" concept.
To deepen their understanding of the company, A.C.O. conducted client interviews and analyzed the current website. By understanding the communication that Matsuya sought with its consumers, they incorporated this into the information architecture, art direction, and website design.
On the TOP page, which had a large volume of information to convey, they organized the information. They categorized the information into five sections based on user requirements: \"Buy,\" \"Taste,\" \"Know,\" \"Gift,\" and \"View.\" By effectively organizing related event information and content, they improved usability.
Furthermore, with the aim of streamlining operations and enabling in-house management by the client, they created a CMS management screen and templates. After carefully interviewing to understand the requirements, they incorporated designs that made it easy for the client to update.
