Mansion Fit\" is a new service provided by Haseko Corporation, a company involved in everything from the design and construction to the management and operation, renovation, large-scale repair, and reconstruction of condominiums, aimed at supporting customers in their search for newly built condominiums.
A key feature of this service is its accessibility, allowing users to simply add the official \"Mansion Fit\" account on LINE as a \"friend.\" By answering a few simple questions on LINE, users can view recommended property information based on Haseko Group's purchaser data and make non-face-to-face model room viewing reservations without a sales representative.
Monstar Lab was responsible for areas ranging from UI design and landing page production to product development. They continue to support the service's operation
To enable early access to potential needs, it was decided to deploy the service on the LINE app, which does not require app downloads or logins. Through repeated discussions with Haseko Corporation and quantum, which handled the UX research, we refined the operational process on LINE to ensure excellent user usability.
Furthermore, to realize the integration with Haseko Corporation's proprietary data, we conducted research on recommendation logic. We narrowed down the questions to the bare minimum, creating a system that displays three recommended property listings simply by inputting five items: \"family composition,\" \"age,\" \"nearest station to home/work,\" \"household income,\" and \"current living situation.\"
For model room viewing reservations, we implemented an intuitive form that allows users to select dates and times. By minimizing the input fields, we made it easy for users to manage the flow until they complete the reservation.
", "content2": "Haseko Corporation, quantum, and Monstarlab collaborated closely at each phase, proceeding with product development as a joint effort. This enabled us to achieve a rapid service launch in line with the business roadmap and establish a foundation for future maintenance and operation.
Due to circumstances of the time, we were forced to temporarily suspend the service. However, we resumed it in June 2020. Currently, the non-face-to-face model room viewing system is generating buzz, attracting attention as a new service that aligns with the times.
Monstar Lab continues to provide support aimed at enhancing the service's value, including further improvements to the recommendation logic and LINE-based communication.
