To address these challenges, Monstarlab designed content based on user research, focusing on customer needs and life events. By adopting a mobile-first approach, they achieved an optimal customer experience tailored to each individual across all devices.
Furthermore, they implemented Sitecore, a content management system (CMS). Utilizing its personalization engine, they enabled the delivery of information customized to each customer. Additionally, they implemented the Sitecore Experience Platform to enhance security.
