In 2015, he transitioned to Head of Sales, and in 2016 he was appointed Executive Officer. In 2020 he was appointed General Manager of the Digital Consulting Division. In 2021, he was appointed Executive Vice President Managing Director; responsible for APAC jurisdiction in the digital consulting business, and on July 1, 2021, he became CEO of Monstarlab. He also serves as CEO of the group company Monstar BX, Inc. Hiroshi is a graduate of Waseda University.",
