This smartphone app for travel agent H.I.S. enables users to view travel information, and to save articles and coupons that interest them—in a motion similar to tearing tickets—and share them with their friends.
During development we particularly invested our energies into improving performance, such as by increasing the speed with which the app reads-in information, and into achieving the realization of the “ticket tearing” UI (user interface).
The app fulfills the role of increasing the number of opportunities for contact with customers, while at the same time serving the O2O function of inducing customers to visit actual H.I.S. branches.
