Monstar Lab, Inc., a Japanese digital development agency that engages in digital product planning, development, and management, with IT engineers and creators located throughout the world, has procured a total capital of approximately 2.4 billion yen between July 2018 and January 2019, from the third-party allocation of new shares with underwriters such as Fenox Venture Capital, DG Incubation, Inc., and SIGMAXYZ Inc., as well as funding from The San-In Godo Bank, Ltd., etc. Along with capital participation, Monstar Lab has also formed a business alliance with SIGMAXYZ.

Purpose of Increasing Capital
This capital was procured in order to drive M&As in Europe and the U.S., strengthen structures within the Asian countries, and develop Monstar Lab businesses in the world’s three major economic zones, including Europe as it is currently (Denmark, U.K., the Netherlands, Czech Republic, Germany, Ukraine) and Asia (Japan, Singapore, China, the Philippines, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Thailand).
Monstar Lab will also use this opportunity to support the global development of Japanese companies (localization and marketing), and implement cutting-edge technologies, digital products, etc. from overseas markets.
