As of the beginning of January 2020, Andreas Straarup and Casper Rasmussen have joined the Monstar Lab group as global CCO and CTO, respectively. They have previously held similar positions within Nodes but are now focused on transforming Monstar Lab into one integrated company.

Andreas Straarup and Casper Rasmussen will be responsible for developing, aligning and strengthening the company’s teams across 26 offices in North America, EMEA and APAC. By working closer together and sharing best-practices globally, Monstar Lab aims to become a fully integrated company. The integration is essential to benefit and leverage its size in order to be more competitive in the market and fulfill our ambitions on growth.

“By applying a common approach to clients, projects and colleagues, we can utilize our entire workforce of 1.200 people across the globe and deliver high-quality work wherever you meet us whether that be in New York, London or Tokyo. The synergies across our offices will make us an even greater consultancy,” says newly appointed CCO, Andreas Straarup.

Knowledge-sharing, best-practices and investing in employees

“Our new structure will make it easier for everyone within Monstar Lab to gain access to insights, tools and knowledge as well as learnings from our offices around the world. We will make sure everyone has access to the information they need to succeed in their own respective area,” says Global CTO, Casper Rasmussen.

“Andreas and Casper are already proven leaders who can bring Monstar Lab offices together to catalyze growth. I look forward to having them in the Monstar Lab management group and drive the integration on a global scale,” says CEO Hiroki Inagawa.
