Strategy Lead of International Markets
As Monstarlab’s Strategy Lead for International Markets, Paul is tasked with growing our strategy consulting businesses in five large markets; namely, the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Singapore and Shanghai, by attracting and retaining the best talent, and unleashing Monstarlab’s full potential in unlocking value for clients across these regions.
He brings with him over 25 years of experience, having worked as a consultant for clients in banking, telecommunications, media and aviation prior to joining Monstarlab in April 2022.
Holding a degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in the Netherlands, Paul’s core expertise lies in business transformation strategy and capability building.
He also has extensive experience in facilitating mergers and acquisitions, and implementing programs on strategy & growth, organisational design frameworks, capability building, policy assessment and development, transformation & execution, change management, as well as analytics & data.
