<p>Daisuke joined the IBM Group in 2004 and worked as an IBM IT Specialist in system development. Starting in 2009, at a venture company, he gained broad experience from software to hardware development, including contract development, management systems for containerized unmanned data centers, and drone development. He joined Monstarlab in 2015 as Chief Technologist. In 2018, he was appointed Executive Officer CTO, responsible for managing the entire engineering organization. He expanded his responsibilities globally in 2019 as APAC Regional CTO and has served as Senior Managing Executive Officer since 2023.</p>
