Annually, over 3 million visitors flock to the Top of the Rock (TOTR), the observatory atop Rockefeller Center. In collaboration with TOTR's marketing team, we aimed to enhance the customer journey at this iconic attraction.
\nTop of the Rock is a three-level observation deck located atop the 70-story art-deco tower of Rockefeller Center. Restored in 2005, it offers stunning 360° indoor and outdoor views of New York City from a height of 850 feet.
