Monstarlab Group appoints Mark Jones as Chief Operating Officer

Monstarlab has appointed Mark Jones as Group Chief Operating Officer and member of the Executive Leadership Team. Mark will be overall responsible for global business operations and strategy, across the company’s CTO, CIO and Strategy, Consulting, and Experience teams.

Mark was previously Chief Strategy and Consulting Officer, having joined Monstarlab in May 2020. Prior to this, he was Managing Director of Accenture Digital and Health & Public Sector, working with a range of Private and Public Sector clients and leading complex business and technology transformation programs in the UK and globally. 

Earlier in his career, he worked both client and advisory side in a variety of industries including the BFSI, Telco, Healthcare, Travel, and Public Sector.

And it is this strong and diverse experience Monstarlab’s CEO looks to employ further for the benefit of the company’s global clients and their customers.
