Monstarlab was initially tapped to strengthen the customer experience of their corporate website. After a positive experience with our partnership, the relationship grew to cover extensive software architecture development and the establishment of a machine learning operational capability to support the success of CAFU's target business expansion.

The business was preparing to expand and scale up by evolving from a fuel delivery service to an international automotive ownership ecosystem offering a wider range of services and features.

In order to achieve this rapid expansion, CAFU invested in its core technology by partnering with Monstarlab to pave the way for scale. The Engagement

CAFU initially engaged with Monstarlab to work on their corporate website. The ensuing results earned the client's confidence and were further commissioned with the development of a pilot dashboard. The dashboard aimed to reduce manual operations via automation, visualise data, and drive higher pilot performance.

This phase of the engagement was apprised by the outcome of an experience and product discovery workshop conducted to help Monstarlab fully understand the CAFU's vision and goals.

The partnership ultimately led to a more comprehensive design and development engagement as CAFU opted to maximise the expertise of Monstarlab and get much-needed support for their extensive digital transformation.
